CREVASSE HIKE
Amongst the crevasses of the ‘Grés d’Annot’ are places with names from yesteryear: the King’s Garden and Chamber, the Queen’s Balcony. Discover these secret places, squeezing, climbing, and scrambling from crevasse to crevasse hidden in a forest of ancient chestnut trees. Then, from the spectacular viewpoint of the Queen’s Balcony, a 25m abseil brings you back to the homeward path.

THE GRÈS D’ANNOT
The village of Annot is superbly suited for eco-tourisme near the Verdon Gorges, the Mercantour National Park and the French Riviera. Its rocky ridge and forest of ancient chestnut trees make it a favourite spot for climbers and hikers.
